Hello, I'm Shonte Norris. I have been a licensed hair care professional for over 20 years. I specialize in a full range of services, including hair extensions, custom cuts, keratin and color treatments, and custom styles for a variety of clients throughout DC, MD, VA (DMV). My motto is: "Hair should not only be beautiful, but healthy."
